Who we are

Conchitour is a desktop software product developed and sold by Matthias Conche (sole trader). Contact: help@conchitour.com.

What data we collect

We collect the minimum necessary to operate the product:

• License purchases: your email address and payment details are processed by Paddle (our payment provider). We receive your email and a transaction ID. We do not store your payment card details.
• Free trial: your name, email, and company name (optional) when you request a trial key via conchitour.com/trial.
• License activation: a machine fingerprint, OS platform, and hostname when you activate the app. These are used to enforce the machine limit on your license.
• Support chat: messages you send to the in-app support chatbot. These are processed by Anthropic's API and are not stored permanently on our servers.
• Server logs: IP addresses and user agents from API requests, retained for 30 days for security and rate-limiting purposes.

What we don't collect

The Conchitour desktop application does not collect any data about your projects, photos, scenes, or tours. Your creative work stays on your machine.

How we use your data

• To deliver your license key by email
• To verify license validity when the app contacts our server
• To enforce machine limits and prevent license abuse
• To provide customer support
• To send important product updates (no marketing emails without consent)

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies only with your consent. If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors use this site (pages visited, time spent, button clicks). This data is anonymised (IP masking enabled) and used solely to improve the site. No advertising or retargeting cookies are set.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer. Your choice is stored locally in your browser for 6 months.

CCPA (California): We do not sell your personal information. Analytics data collected with your consent is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email help@conchitour.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

License records are retained as long as the license is active. Event logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time.
