1. The product

Conchitour is a desktop software application for creating 360° virtual tours. It is sold as a one-time license ("perpetual license"). The software is developed and sold by Matthias Conche.

2. License grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Conchitour on up to 2 machines for which you are the primary user. You may not sell, sublicense, or distribute your license key.

3. Trial license

Free trial keys are limited to 3 scenes, 2 languages, 50 AI calls, and expire 14 days from activation. Trial output includes a "Made with Conchitour" watermark. One trial per email address.

4. Updates

A standard license includes 1 year of free updates from the date of purchase. After this period, the software continues to work but you will not receive new versions without purchasing an update license.

5. Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the software does not work for your use case. Contact help@conchitour.com. Refunds are processed via Paddle.

6. krpano

Conchitour uses krpano as the viewer runtime in exported tours. krpano is a third-party product and is not included with Conchitour. You must obtain your own krpano license from krpano.com. Conchitour is not affiliated with or endorsed by krpano.

7. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You may not use it to create content that violates applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

Conchitour is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of France.
